I don't know how much influence it will have on the jury, but it is night and day the difference between the types of people Mr. Zimmerman associated with as opposed the type of people Mr. Martin did. Now of course Mr. Martin was young and probably this would change, but still it is a stark difference.

Because wherever Nelson has any discretion whatsoever she will most definitely side with the state. She only rules in favor of the defense when she's painted into a corner, like with the tox report.

What witnesses do they have to help them consider who the Martin family associated with ...besides Chad? I do not even recall any testimony that revealed TrayDad wandering off the reservation.

If denied, I wonder if MOM could get the 5th DCA to agree that the delay in hearing this matter wasn't the fault of the defense and the Frye standard should have applied? Does anyone recall when this was submitted in discovery and/or the date of the state's objection?
