That's funny, I coulda sworn I'd read on Hornsby's site (and maybe in his tweets?) that he'd appeared several times before this "judge". And we know he's been following the GZ case. Perhaps he has selective amnesia? Or maybe he's mistaking Nelson for some other judge - y'know, a real judge who strives to follow the law and apply it fairly?

Of course she needs to hold the lying prospective juror in contempt, but the ones showing the most contempt for the law and the court are the Scheme Team - among whose members I include Nelson herself.

LMF - I had the same thought the other day when I read another suggestion for this "judge" by Richard Hornsby - it was right on the heels of a tweet by him saying he had gone up against her before and she was just as intractable.

He does provide great comic relief at times, but what's even funnier was one of his detractors calling him a "twitter lawyer."

Another thought...Rumpole, remember during Casey's trial, there was a potential juror who was anti-Casey (I think she protested outside Anthony home). She was in the jury pool and judge dismissed about a 100 people who may have had contact with her. Shouldn't same be done now? I know...never gonna happen...

I do remember a whole buch of Jurors had to be dismissed. May well lose a lot of OK jurors doing that though?

I also remember Perry hauling people in front of him for contempt... I think prison sentences dished out? And that was minor stuff... flipping the bird at Ashton etc.

That dope yesterday was trying to pervert the course of justice.. quite literally.... to him and the other dopes it's all a game.. part of their brainless online life. I think some serious charges and prison while awaiting trial may be a good wake up call for the moron.. and maybe deter a few other morons out there.
