7:46 p.m. ET: After Geffner was called a "hired gun" the judge resigned. Now Geffner is explaining why a judge in Texas said he filed a affidavit that was lacking credibility.

7:44 p.m. ET: Willmott started to ask a question and now they are back at a sidebar.

7:41 p.m. ET: Willmott is asking Geffner about how a Tennessee judge called him a "hired gun." Geffner said it was a child custody case, and he criticized the experts in the case. The attorneys are now at a sidebar with the judge.

7:37 p.m. ET: The jury is being seated.

7:21 p.m. ET: Geffner said to find out the trajectory of a bullet passing through the brain he would have to go to expert like a medical examinar. Martinez has finished his cross examination of Geffner. The judge has recessed court for 10 minutes. When court resumes Willmott will begin her re-direct examination of Geffner.

Martinez: "What you’re here to tell us is based solely on that police report, right? – I’m sorry ,the medical examiner’s report, right?"

Geffner: "No. because part of it is based completely on that, but the other part is talking about the brain itself, not based on the report, it was talking about how the brain fuctions. So it’s two different things I did."

Martinez: "But that’s your experience though? That’s what you carry with you everywhere you go. Right?"

Geffner: "Yes sir."

Martnez: "And the only new thing that’s added here is the report, right?"

Geffner: "Yes sir."

Martinez: "And so you’re telling us that your opinion, as a neuropsychologist, is based on the reading of a report?"

Geffner: "And my knowledge of the brain."

Martinez: ""And your knowledge of the brain, and you’ve indicated that if you really wanted more explanation, as to this particular issue, you would go to an expert yourself, wouldn’t you?"

Geffner: "Yes sir."

Martinez: "I don’t have anything else."

7:57 p.m. ET: Willmott is asking Geffner about several studies Martinez used during his cross examination. Geffner is explaining how one of the studies shows a correlation between MMPI test results and personality disorder. He said there is a difference between a test have a correlation and predicting a diagnosis.

I know! Low hostility, low aggressiveness, low psychotic deviance, etc. Show the pictures of the murder and ask how LOW the aggression and the hostility levels must have been then! And could that have been done by a psychopath.

And - - WHY does this matter if she is PTSD or Borderline? WHY?

It would explain away her FOG - is that what this is ALL ABOUT?

8:16 p.m. ET: Willmott is asking Geffner about Alexander's brain injury caused by a gunshot.

8:13 p.m. ET: Arias is paying close attention to Willmott's redirect examination of Geffner. During Martinez's cross examination of Geffner she took notes the entire time.

8:21 p.m. ET: Wilmott has finished her redirect examination of Geffner. Judge Stephens is now asking Geffner the jurors' questions.
