The 19-year-old Chechen terror suspect partied with college friends on Wednesday night and was said to 'look relaxed'.

Hours before the deadly shootout which claimed his brother's life Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev was seen on a night out on campus.

A fellow University of Massachusetts student told the Boston Globe: 'He was just relaxed'.

Tsarnaev's nonchalant attitude - a possible attempt to cover his tracks - in the wake of Monday's horrific terror attack was also witnessed on his Twitter page.

The Massachusetts college student wanted in the Boston Marathon bombing was captured wounded, but alive after hiding out in a boat parked in a backyard on Friday evening.

Boston police confirmed that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been apprehended, taking to social media to announce, 'Suspect in custody. Officers sweeping the area. Stand by for further info.'

The mayor of Boston, Thomas Menino, was quoted by the Boston Globe as taking to the police scanner to exclaim, 'We got him'.

The bloody endgame came four days after the bombing and just a day after the FBI released surveillance-camera images of two young men suspected of planting the pressure-cooker explosives that ripped through the crowd at the marathon finish line, killing three people and wounding more than 180.

His older brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, lay dead in a furious 24-hour drama that transfixed the nation and paralyzed the Boston area with fear.

Relieved law enforcement officers began cheering and clapping after Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, was arrested and is now in a serious condition at
Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and is reported to have lost a great deal of blood.

And thousands of jubilant members of the public took to the streets of Watertown to salute FBI, SWAT, ATF and police officers as they left the scene of Tsarnaev's final showdown.

Neighbors reported that Tsarnaev was 'covered in blood' as he was taken away by law enforcement officials.

Boston police commissioner Ed Davis was celebratory in his tone as he took to Twitter to say, 'It’s a proud day to be a Boston police officer. Thank you all.'

Shortly before authorities arrested Boston Marathon bombings suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in Watertown Friday night, the FBI took into custody three others in connection with their investigation.

Two women and one man, both of whom appeared to be college-aged, were apprehended from the Hidden Brook Apartments on Carriage Drive in New Bedford.

The FBI said they were all questioned and later released and that they were never booked into jail.

The arrest of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev signaled the end of five days of terror set-off by the double bombing at the marathon finish line and the mayor of Boston, Thomas Menino, was quoted by the Boston Globe as taking to the police scanner to exclaim, 'We got him'.

'I have never loved this city & its people more than I do today. Nothing can defeat the heart of this city .. nothing.'

Police cornered the younger Tsarnaev around 7 p.m., less than an hour after police lifted a stay-indoors order for the city and its suburbs.

A resident in his 60s, believed to be called David Hanneberry, reportedly went outside to smoke and saw the tarpaulin cover of his boat was disturbed off the top.

Could have been prevented. Congress needs to investigate Zero and cohorts for gutting US security by removing "islamic terrorist" from LEO lexicography and perhaps have a roundup and deportation of other potential terrorists.

Fox News:

The brothers had not been under surveillance as possible militants, U.S. government officials said. But the FBI said in a statement on Friday that in 2011 it interviewed Tamerlan at the request of a foreign government, which it did not identify.

"The request stated that it was based on information that he was a follower of radical Islam and a strong believer, and that he had changed drastically since 2010 as he prepared to leave the United States for travel to the country's region to join unspecified underground groups," the FBI statement said.

The matter was closed because interviews with Tamerlan and family members "did not find any terrorism activity, domestic or foreign".

Coincidently... there was a dude on Fox (missed who it was).

He outlined that FBI no longer ALLOWED to ask about Jihad etc... more likely to ask Muslim community if he was a good guy or not?

Mormons & Christians go on missions. Muslims go on jihad. Can't infringe their religious freedoms. Is he good guy? Yes, he is very devout. Prays 5 x per day and does jihad.

I'll continue to ask what the hell happen to the naked guy I saw on tv in the early morning hours. I saw him 3 different times one time he was naked placed into cop car never heard from again. He resembles the suspect that died.
