2:16 p.m. ET: In Session has obtained Jodi Arias’ jail visitation logs for the period January 10, 2012 through March 28, 2013. Here are some of the highlights:

Jodi’s mother and aunt have visited her twice weekly, sometimes more, since the trial began. Her brother, father, and a cousin have also visited her.
In addition to her attorneys and mitigation specialist, some of the other visitors include friends, supporters, and clergy.
With the exception of privileged visitors such as attorneys, doctors. “Regular” visitors such as family and friends do not have physical contact with Arias; they speak through a glass.
Arias is only allotted three 30 minute visits per week by regular visitors.

2:13 p.m. ET: The attorneys are at a sidebar with the judge.

2:12 p.m. ET: LaViolette said Arias was still attached to Alexander even after she moved back home to California. She also said it is common for battered women to break off a relationship but will still be attached to their abusive partner.


2:06 p.m. ET: In April 2008, Alexander wrote in his journal that he was happy Arias moved to California, because now he can move on with his life. He also writes about how he is worried about money.

2:03 p.m. ET: LaViolette said Arias would usually try to calm Alexander when he was made by being apologetic or sexual.

IMO this is just bf/gf chit chat etc.. silly relationship stuff. NONE of it is in the realm of ABUSE and this woman is doing a HUGE disservice to the people I imagine she normally sees who are real victims of abuse.

Yes, this is nothing but silly BF/GF relationship garbage. Using the term "relationship" with them very loosely - they were a couple a little less than 5 months and even then, they were in different STATES!

Jodi has responsibility in this silly arguing back and forth about anyone she was seeing. How did Travis KNOW? Of course, Jodi must have told him!

2:33 p.m. ET: Now Willmott and LaViolette are discussing an conversation from May 10, 2008 where Arias and Alexander discuss his temper. The attorneys are now at a sidebar with the judge.

2:31 p.m. ET: In May 2008, Arias and Alexander had a three hour long text argument. LaViolette said during this long argument almost all of the anger was coming from Alexander, and this is a long time for someone to be mad.

2:26 p.m. ET: In May 2008, Arias suggested to Alexander that they create a don't ask, don't tell policy about their other relationships. Alexander responded by saying they should just forget each other exist.

2:22 p.m. ET: LaViolette said in May 2008, Alexander would consistently have tirades through text messages. Willmott is now asking LaViolette are discussing a text message fight from May 2008 where Alexander gets mad Arias for speaking to another man. LaViolette said this was jealous behavior, and Alexander seemed to get more jealous the more Arias pulled away from the relationship.

2:18 p.m. ET: Willmott is asking is now asking LaViolette about fights between Alexander and Arias in May 2008, about a month before Arias killed him.

2:50 p.m. ET: LaViolette said in May 2008 Alexander continued to tell women that he was a virgin when he was note. She also said Alexander had sexual relationships with other women before meeting Arias.

2:47 p.m. ET: In Session's Beth Karas in in the courtroom and she says the jurors are engaged and listening to LaViolette's testimony.

2:46 p.m. ET: Willmott read an email conversation between where Alexander tells Arias if he could control his anger then he would be unstoppable. LaViolette said that statement was significant, because it shows that Alexander was scared of his anger.

2:43 p.m. ET: The attorneys just finished their sidebar.

2:36 p.m. ET: Willmott asked LaViolette if Alexander wrote an email to Arias where he said that if he could control his temper he would be unstoppable. The attorneys are now at a sidebar with the judge.

2:58 p.m. ET: In her journal, Arias wrote she told Alexander she could have another relationship with another man. Alexander also told Arias that he wanted to have a relationship with Mimi Hall, and Arias wrote that she was happy for Alexander.

2:55 p.m. ET: Arias also wrote she that after she brought up the fact that they should not be physical, because of the Mormon law of chastity Alexander became angry. He also became jealous during this fight.

2:52 p.m. ET: On May 22, 2008, Arias wrote in her journal about how she spoke with Alexander about the Mormon law of chastity. The attorneys are now at a sidebar with the judge.

2:52 p.m. ET: Willmott and LaViolette are now discussing a recording of a phone sex conversation between Arias and Alexander from May 2008. This phone sex recording was played for the jury earlier in the trial. LaViolette said the phone sex conversation shows her that Arias was still involved in a relationship with Alexander in May 2008.
