I have been "polling polls" as I am want to do. My PREDICTIONS:
Comfortable Boris Majority (hard to ascribe a number, but around 50 majority}
BXP 0 seats
DimLibs 15 or so seats
SNP 45 seats

After election
Boris ratifies his treaty ( Stealth Remain) Transition extended for 2 years and more. Brexit dead
Farage back to day job at LBC, BXP fades away

Hartlepool...

Image

BXP best hope? But even there Richard Tice is in a DISTANT 3rd place. Was 19% (back to 14%) and that is a LOSING level of support. Personally I do NOT blame BXP... it is the TORIES who are splitting the vote in electorates like that, but even so the fact remains that the split LEAVE vote assures a Lab hold.

Image
https://www.electoralcalculus.co.uk/fcg ... Hartlepool

There is even a bigger drop in BXP poll numbers in the few seats I checked.
eg Ann Widdecombe - Plymouth Sutton and Devonport down to 6.9%

As much as I HATE to say it... maybe Nigel needs to "blink" and abandon some seats with a plea to his voters to pick the Tory candidate!! Maybe wait until last few days.. maybe polls will pick up?.. or the Tories will blink and make way for BXP candidate? THAT is less likely to work. It would require LARGE % of Tories that would need to vote tactically.
I know... I hate it.... but BXP has NO CHANCE anywhere.. and there just might be enough BXP voters who tick Tory and STOP Labour!!

4 Brexit Party MEPs desert and encourage people to vote Tory

Annunziata Rees-Mogg, Lance Forman and Lucy Harris had strong personal links to the Tories.
A fourth MEP, John Longworth, lost the whip on Wednesday for criticising the party's election strategy.

I KNOW it is desirable to get BXP MP's, and we need to "cheer on our team"...
But the REALITY is the BXP have ZERO chance anywhere, and it makes sense to encourage BXP voters to vote Tory NOW is the time to do that. Hartlepool is BXP best seat.. and they are predicted to get 14%... LABOUR WILL HOLD that seat. If just SOME of BXP 14% went Tory... Tories would take the seat.

NEW @Nigel_Farage has urged leavers “not to waste your vote” and published a list of over 100 seats which have not returned a Conservative MP for 50 years, saying: “They’ll be Labour when you wake up on Friday morning unless you use your vote tactically and sensibly.”

Brexit? Nah... no sign of it happening... despite what Boris says.

I was born in UK.. so have always had some idea of UK news and politics etc... but never paid close attention to elections until now.
It is all very SAD

Election Day Thursday 12th December 2019...

Polls will open at 7am tomorrow morning (Thursday 12 December), and close at 10pm.

As long as you are in the queue at the polling station by 10pm, you will still be able to cast your vote.

‘Longest queues ever’ as people stand in line around the block to vote
Joe Roberts, Thursday 12 Dec 2019 9:04 am

Image

It’s been dubbed the most important election in a generation, and if the queues at polling stations this morning are anything to go by, that message has sunk in. The polls have only been open for two hours but there are already long lines of people waiting to take part in democracy.
