I'd be optimistic about what's going on at sidebar, but Nelson is smiling. I can't believe BDLR is going to continue to contest the admissibility of these two, they both testified that they don't have a standard methodology that meets well known standards. Maybe she's smiling because she knows her job just got easier, no one would complain if she excluded these two, and the state then had to withdraw its case.

Changed the 6 to 6 curfew to 6 to 10, after MOM asked for 6 to 11. WTH was her cutting an hour supposed to accomplish?

Reich was given a chance (twice) to say what other voices he could hear … and he said none.

All the defence have to do is call Ludwig to testify to 4 accomplices and a cockatoo… and Reich is toast!!!

I think that is something Reich recently imprinted on Traybots? I dont recall hearing that from Traybots back in the early days?

I guess Reich is confirming it!!!

I can't really say, Remote. He just seems sad to me, so I can't be objective. The only time I've seen him look "natural" was yesterday after court adjourned and he was chatting with a woman who I think works for either O'Mara or West. He seemed to know her and feel comfortable with her. He doesn't seem the same way with O'Mara and West. He can't seem to relax with them.

(Mind you, I haven't watched many of these hearings, so I'm hardly an expert on GZ's courtroom demeanor. )

Unfortunately... as John Galt pointed out at CTH... Frye is about METHODOLOGY... refuting (making fun of) the testimony comes at trial.

IMO there are huge reasons to reject the METHODOLOGY of these shonky experts... but I fear Nelson will not see it that way.. she has an "out" and so will approve..... Hope I am wrong
