Covered by "voice experts"? or do you want that specifically? Please give me a option I can list with just a few words. :)

Post-trial...Rachel explained to Piers Morgan that the jury misunderstood by thinking Trayvon was out to "just bash or he was kill," while the meaning of what Trayvon did, according to the rules of the area Rachel lives in, was simply "whoop azz."

The shorter version could maybe have been that 'Rachel admits Trayvon was aggressor, only inflicting "whoop azz."'

or

'Rachel excuses Trayvon being aggressor for only inflicting "whoop azz."'

Yes, that's a good one too, kbp. But really, what part of #8's various performances wasn't daft? :)

I considered it. But there were so many... 10 DAFTS is just not enough for this Persecution :)

I have learned to NOT change anything in a poll once it's started... all votes to date get lost.

I am sorry I missed adding in "Skittles...and they weren't even stolen." It is rare to see a Prosecutor point out something that should have been described as profiling. IMO.

Lots of little things like that, Deb :)

Best we can do with this poll is see which of the 10 are most popular

The point I meant to convey also covers a huge part of Bernie's strategy used in the trial. We know there were 3 reasons of defense open for justification of homicide:

1) Fear for loss of life;
2) Fear for great bodily harm; and
3) Forcible felony.

Bernie addressed #2 when he tried to convince the jurors the injuries were not that bad, as he also twisted #1 in his effort to provide Trayvon that fear, generally ignoring #3 as if it was excused by his efforts on the other two.

Rachel told us the jury misunderstood that Trayvon would not do #1, it was just "whoop azz" #2, an act also covered by #3. She provides justfication for homicide under #2 and/or #3, as she explains the jury misunderstood #1 was never a concern ...knowledge only jurors from her 'hood could have been aware of.

So Rachel convicted Trayvon.
