Unbelievable. Incredible. The Prosecution withholds evidence, slow rolls discovery, and lies to the Court. MOM tells the court our request is that the court investigate what else has been held back from the defense. According to Nelson, none of this has an effect on trial, because she wants to start the trial on Monday, for NO GOOD REASON. Time for a mandamus to the 5th circuit, methinks. And boy is it warranted.

Doubtfire protecting her boy again by saying all of the defense's complaints can be taken up post trial .... the DCA is going to have a field day with her (again) .... she is not only obviously incompetent but also crooked ...... this is showing the joke (unfunny) this entire case is.

She also intimated she will not grant a delay of the trial date when MOM asks again.
