Wormy had Jodi read from her journal aloud, then said "STOP RIGHT THERE!". She must have been instructed to STOP on a DIME! Damaging entry I think, and he must have thought so - - too.

Joni, your post made me think - I'd like to know now what the 3 jurors who have since been excused now think? If I were one of them, I would be researching everything I possibly could to see what is being kept from the jury. Wonder if they have now heard all the evidence that has been kept out? And what do they think?

Remote - now you have ME thinking!! Yes, wow it's still going on and on, and they are gone but WILL learn about things that were/are KEPT from them! That would make me angry! "KILL ALL THAT IS NOT SERVING ME." WHAT? SERVING THE QUEEN? WELL WELL WELL.

I wonder if any of them, have phone numbers of any STILL on the jury? Will they call them...

Can we really trust any of them, that they are NOT looking at Jane V M, Nancy Grace and researching?

May their humanness WIN! shhhh Let it all hang out about the crazed Jodi Ann Arias. I KNOW our legal system is the best we have, BUT it is NOT perfect and surely CAN BE IMPROVED!

Yep, I, too, was wondering if any of the three excused jurors have the ability to communicate with anyone still on the jury. I don't believe they would be so foolish, but I definitely would be angry!

I hope they don't communicate with them because that would cause a mistrial!!

If I were a juror, I don't think I'd be able to stay away from the tv coverage. I'd be too curious.

MM Always ... a great answer. :84 Me too. IF I were a juror, and there were more facts/information out there, it would be less of a burden on me - to know ALL the FACTS if I had a LIFE in my hands! Let them ... shhhh search on their OWN!!

And of course, deny, deny, deny just like the killers do!

I don't even know how law abiding people who PLAY by the RULES CAN WIN when fighting against STREET PEOPLE, where ~

MBTB - Isn't that the truth. She gest into that mode sometimes ... scares me! Maybe Travis saw that earlier... he told friends he was afraid of her and "If some Sunday I don't show up here, I'll probably be lying dead somewhere - AND IT WAS JODI!" (He went over to his mentor's house on Sundays for dinner.

Just thinking of Travis' last moments. He was so healthy, so IN SHAPE, muscles, strong, bet she thought that one stab to the heart -- and DEAD! He surprised her ... and lived, and walked or crawled to the sink (forensic evidence), then I think tried to get away ... (more forensic evidence - blood - low on the wall - near the floor). She probably thought he wouldn't die and would TELL on her - plus he kept yelling she said, so she slashed his throat! Win-win for Jodi Arias! Then shot him in the head - for good measure? I'll go with FORENSICS ANYTIME between them and these lying KILLERS!! Forensics don't lie!!

Strange creature this Jodi. Malformed teeth, cross eyes, eyes that look like a shark's, need breast implants, VERY large head (compared to others), personality disorders, mental disorders, evil core, very manipulative, empty inside, (copies everyone else to TRY to make a real human being inside,) described as "creepy", thinks she is ONLY a sex organ, all her efforts go ONLY to her wants, does NOT give a da*n about any other person, wants desperately to be "something" - an artist, photographer, but is a poor desperate WANNABE/waitress.

If your a fan of Juan like I happen to be, you might enjoy this article about him. At the time this article was printed (1999) he had already won 14 murder convictions. In the ensuing years I can only imagine what his win column is now.
