I noticed her hand position when the Jury exits. She puts the broken finger hand totally in her other hand.
What a piece of work!

She was using her hands a lot .. but there was writing covering them - at the bottom. I wanted to look at that finger while her hands were all over the place. I forget what it means when hands are waving all around. Lying I think???

The funniest bit was when she started to make up a story line about what happened after she shot Travis... running up the hall again.

Unfortunately an objection interrupted her and she PRETENDED she had misheard the question... but I am sure she hadn't.. she just for a second forgot her own ridiculous story of memory loss after the shot.. she just went into "auto-mode" making up a narrative.

Great questions I heard her trip up a few times....

She started telling about "why she ran after she shot", then stopped herself,
and said did you mean "after he body slammed me?"
"OH, sorry, MY mistake, I misunderstood."

Well, she didn't really misunderstand, she blew it.

These questions are very telling and very damaging to her.
She gets upset when they ask her about her mental condition.

It was the point YOU made to me (either here or in an email) that she CLAIMED to have gas cans to be frugal with money..... intending to save money by filling up where gas was cheaper outside CA... but receipts proved she filled them in CA anyway??

In describing herself as careful with money she referenced herself as a "Coupon Clipper" type.

I imagine if she did " cut coupons" she would use a bloody big knife... put them in a heap and then shoot them.... not much use at the supermarket

Jane just said as she answers the jury's questions, the jury is writing MORE questions!

And even if only ONE juror catches on to that 'mistake' Jodi 'misunderstood'....that one juror will be happy to explain it all to the other 11. So each juror will see certain things and they will all discuss these things and be made perfectly informed all together.

Personally, I think Jodi talks too much....she's sinking herself!

Jodi has had perfectly reasonable and concise explanations for everything from the get-go. Don't you see? Why, she's perfectly logical! There's something very wrong with that. But by her answers we see that Jodi can do no wrong...even when she's doing wrong it's just to please others. And God forbid that she intended for the gun to go off! The very shock of it blew away her memory! So it's no surprise she can't remember knifing Travis to death. Surely must have been someone else. All I know is it couldn't have been anyone as intelligent, well-spoken, and innocent looking as Jodi!

Okay I confess!!!! That whole paragraph is a LIE!!!
