I think Fox had that long, abused dogs commercial on, that I cannot watch, & that's when it got turned to CNN

Isn't that the second time they asked for a transcript? I thought they already got 12 transcripts? Maybe it was just Porters transcript they asked for previously. If there is a conviction of any type this doofus ideologue judge has handed an appeal to the defense on a golden platter. The PTB are filthy dirty rotten people in Baltimore. |

Reading Twitter ( God Help me) .. just scanning for news alerts... The impression I get from the chattering masses is that they just want a guilty verdict regardless of facts and evidence (which they have no idea about). They see the court/jury decision as about themselves (The Lynch Mob). They want Porter DECREED to be guilty for their sake... They think petitions, protest and mob demands are what "justice" is about. If they dont get their way then they will riot and loot and burn. There is, of course rampant Racism in play... the disgusting BLACK racists no longer have the sense or inclination to disguise their own racism and other biases. They want "Mob justice" anytime a black is killed by a white (cop). This case posses the problem of both white and black cops, but it seems to me that the Mob Think involves simply lumping Black cops in with the white cop pool... I guess for limited purpose of this Mob action.. the Black cops have temporary, honorary white status. |

THAT is how you get "Educated" I whole heatedly agree that education is important... but it's already available at schools.. and if they are not quite adequate then there are "books" ....... And.... here's the biggie... the entire vast wealth of all human knowledge is AVAILABLE ON YOUR PHONE (free Obama phone even)... try googling during a slow period on the text front. |

Maybe we need and "Education" pill they can get ( for free on Obama care).... maybe marketing could produce "Crack-education"... that people like Freddie Gray could sell down alley-ways..."smoke yo self an education"... Schools could become Crack-education houses... staffed by Crack-education Whores ( teachers) At the very least whitey must produce an "Education App"... free to blacks on their Obama phones. |

IMO for all cases.... If/when a jury can not agree ( after no more than one day, usually a lot less)... then "Reasonable doubt" precludes a guilty verdict!! They either acquit.. or declare themselves split.. and so new trial (if wanted by State) As I said above somewhere... they dont get to the Jury room with no info... they are SUPPOSED to pay attention while trial is on.. only need to review some of the evidence.. and make a friggin decision.. not piss about for 2 days. If they can not decide in first few hours.. then what in heaven's name will trigger their feeble brains? Most likely persuasion by more strong willed jurors... so individual independent thought goes out the window. The FACTS do not change while Jurries make up their minds... they are not working towards finding any reality... just working towards agreeing where apparently they did not agree initially... it is kind of a DAFT system if the decision is not forthcoming very early on. |

My guess is that there are a few hold out jurors who refuse to even look at the evidence let alone render a just verdict. I hope that the people following the law do not cave. If Baltimore burns it is the fault of the mayor and the DA. |
