Remote ... double jointed yes, I believe so too. So there's another lie! "Travis kicked my finger while he was kicking me in the ribs and broke my finger."
RIGHT! SURE!

Hopefully some women in prison will love a man, or love a son, and hate her for what she has done to Travis - a male.
Since she has become known as Jodi Anal, wonder what they will be thinking about her - - in prison? :butt

There's NO END to the possibilities, Joni! :lol

I'm sure they are resenting her "stardom" - 48 hr interview, Jail Idol award and star turn at her trial. But I think Jodi can thug it up with the best of them if she has to - remember, she's a chameleon!

WildAboutTrial, sorry about your ankle! Sucks! Did Wild get a salmon cast? Hope wild has speedy recovery!

cast happens tomorrow. Will ask for salmon for sure

Air splint. Need to elevate and drink masssive amounts of vodka.

Wild and others around Wild heard a snap

I guess Wild will be reclinated for the rest of the day. Ankle looks like Nurmi. :lol

Some are saying that possibly Jodi tweeted some of those messages TO HERSELF, using Travis' phone.

Nothing would surprise me with this lunatic. The sky's the limit!

Jodi Arias Verdict expected within next two weeks
Jodi Arias killed Travis Alexander in June 2008.

The question for jury in the Maricopa County, Arizona courtroom is whether it was premeditated murder or self-defense.

Jodi Arias has spent more than 10 days on the witness stand trying to bolster her argument that her former boyfriend was abusive and his killing was in self-defense.

Once all the evidence is in the jurors will decide whether the state of Arizona proved Jodi Arias committed first-degree murder. If the jury believes that Arias killed without premeditation but in a heat of passion, the jury can find her guilty of Second Degree Murder. If the jury believes the story of self-defense, Jodi Arias, after more than four years in prison, will be a free woman.

But if jurors think find that Jodi Arias is guilty, the jurors will have more tough decisions to make.

First-degree murder:

If the jurors unanimously decide Arias is guilty of first-degree murder for Alexander’s death, the case would then move to the aggravation phase.

The State Attorney must present additional evidence that the death was caused in a cruel manner. Arizona law defines it as when the victim suffers physical pain or mental anguish and the defendant knew or should have known that the victim would suffer.

The jurors would then deliberate for a second time to determine if the aggravating factor of cruelty is proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

If the jury does not find her guilty of cruelty, the case ends and the judge sets a sentencing date within 30 to 60 days. At the sentencing, the judge decides whether to sentence Jodi Arias to natural life in prison or life with parole eligibility after 25 years.

But if the jury decides cruelty is proven beyond a reasonable doubt, the case moves to the sentencing phase.

This is the defense’s opportunity to ask the jury for leniency and present evidence to support why Arias should be spared the death penalty. Witnesses may include friends and family. Jodi Arias could also retake the witness stand and make further statements to the jury.

The jury then deliberates for a third time to determine whether Jodi Arias should be sentenced to life or death. The decision of the jury must be unanimous. In the case of a deadlock, a mistrial would be granted and a new jury would be chosen for this phase only.

If the jury votes unanimously for the death penalty, Arias would be sentenced by the judge immediately. If this occurs, Jodi Arias is likely to be sent to death row within hours. If the jury opts for a life sentence, the judge will set a sentencing date within 30 to 60 days and, at that time, will sentence Jodi Arias to natural life or life with eligibility for parole after 25 years.

Second-degree murder

If the jury rejects first-degree murder, but finds her guilty of the lesser charge of second-degree murder, the judge will sentence Arias to no less than 10 years and no more than 22 years in prison. Jodi Arias will get credit for the four and a half years she has been incarcerated awaiting trial.

Not Guilty

Jodi Arias hugs her attorneys. She then returns to jail to be processed out of the facility. Hours later she will be united with her family.

I never thought of her being double jointed. She could be. She could have practiced that finger move and been able to do it. I learned to raise one eyebrow with practice.

She puffs her lips out to make them look bigger and tries to hold them in certain ways so she thinks they look sexy.

Hi MBTB :28
I saw other fingers of hers, bent like that. I bet she IS double jointed!

She wears a full face of make- up I think, yet has learned to make it look as IF she is wearing NONE. That's why she pleaded to "clean up" - HA. Clean up!! She meant her full face of natural make-up I think but knew better than to frame it that way.

Wow! If she married Travis, just think, no working anymore AND she would have all day long to practice any of her
manipulations, and plans to "get the larger piece of the pie" in every encounter she has. That is her essence. Just think - any things she needed, to survive day by day. AND as you say, puffing out her lips, which she doesn't even need because her Bugs Bunny teeth do a good job for her already.

It wouldn't surprise me if SHE even bought that shirt that says "Travis Alexander's" for herself. Doesn't matter about the "timing" of it.

Review is on In Session. SURE she has anxiety, maybe low self esteem, etc. SHE IS IN JAIL!! THEY are trying to say it's because of PTSD. THERE doesn't seem to be anything REAL about this case other than Travis Alexander once lived... and was BUTCHERED ... and is now dead.

If you look at her knuckles, you see they are large and weird in pictures. That one finger was just a trick finger. She turns my tummy.

She is a very weird mutant I think.

I think the Prosecution should have a Dr. to examine her "fingers". Are they allowed?
OR have an Orthopedic Specialist on -- with photos.

Travis called her his kryptonite. Poor guy, I really can see that. His real introduction to sex I believe.

Just heard on HLN the defense has filed another motion. They want new rebuttal witness and manslaughter option. This could extend the trial.

I can't find the motion yet.

Lots of stuff being thrown out today.....

People are thinking this was discussed with judge on Friday - the defense wants a SUR-REBUTTAL case, has filed (see below) and Juan Martinez also filed his lightning-fast response.

There is also something going around about a "Heat of Passion" being requested to be addedf to the list of options for the jury to consider about Jodi: :roll

Heat of Passion Explanation:
