#26. Rats! Giant Rats. In the Keys. Great, just great. I will be on Cudjoe for 2 wks. in Jan. The article mentions only one of the Keys; I assume all of them are infested? At least the vermin are not infected with Monkey Pox! I can see it now---nightmares every night I am there, waking up screaming---I am being devoured by the face-eating RATS!

Hi dmoseylou :28

Sorry to put a damper on Vacation plans. :95

The one in the picture doesn't look too bad? Though to me his facial expression does not suggest he would tolerate being messed with?

Unfortunately, I have read 1984. And I once lived in NYC, where rats are big enough to carry off small elephants.

Speaking of rats.......

SINGAPORE... a place I grew to love when I lived there for a year, famous for "feral" but tame cats that are a pleasure to dine with at the many outdoor food stalls, but.......

...not so obvious are the RATS!!!

I did wander around a lot of places tourists don't go (at night) and came across swarms of rats.... scurrying in and out of the drains.... one street (Bencoolen Street) I have always called "Rat Street" since coming across hundreds of rats one night.
