What angers me abt the #PhilipChism trial is the jury isn't allowed to hear he attacked a DYS worker,which proves this kid will do it again.

IMO.. this is NUTS

Chism was NOT considered "insane" enough to be diagnosed with some mental illness in 2014 (let alone further back in 2013). He was not considered in need of treatment, drugs/meds etc... he was "sane"


The fact that he was "Depressed" in Oct 2015... is IRRELEVANT!

He deserves to be a LOT MORE DEPRESSED... as he is about to be sent to prison for ever.
