#bryanhulsey would be 83 before he would be eligible for release

Well #bryanhulsey is squirming in his seat when Aiken said most inmates don't live that long

The system has failed #bryanhulsey because he didn't get enough help for his drug addictions according to Aiken

#bryanhulsey choked an inmate, stole candy and food, caught with a syringe, had a thumbtack (considered a weapon)

#bryanhulsey wouldn't be accepted by the gangs lol

Juan- Why isn't this a serious incident to you? This isn't a physical threat it's a verbal threat and he was running his mouth.

Def starts to argue with Judge about Juan's questioning and Judge tells defense to stop right now. They r wasting jury's time

When's last time u looked at Dept. of Corr guidelines? Last week. Juan asks Aiken 2 look at him & Judge says no don't go there

J- Will he be allowed magazines? He can at approval of prison.

Juan is stressing that #bryanhulsey can go to a lower security status. He may get contact visits

You said things are always controlled...Juan gives example of a guy that picked lock got out and stabbed guard in neck.

Judge yells at defense to quit being disrespectful to him and for Juan to be more respectful to the witness, not to tell him where to look

Judge says to gallery "don't make eye contact with jury"
