This seems to me to be TEDIOUS in the extreme.

Hinkcley has made the point that it would have been nice (better) if the initial interview was recorded!!

But he is going on and on and on.........

However.... interviews are OFTEN not recorded....so what? Hinkcley needs to get over it

I don't imagine defense teams normally tape all initial questioning.. it would reveal their own information.. "work product"... perhaps information that was privileged client-attorney... stuff that they "put to" a witness etc.

Besides... the point is MADE!!! There was no recording. Move on

He's describing suffocation... which he describes as smothering... it isn't as visible... but when asked by Atty Barth if someone appearing to have a reddish face might have been smothered, he says this... Dr. Kanfer: "if there’s a lack of oxygen because of smothering, the heart doesn’t pump as it should and you can have a backup of blood, most noticeable in the face and the neck." This, as Atty Barth argues that Lizzi Marriott was suffocated by Kat McDonough, and not strangled by the defendant.

He says in his opinion, the scenario most likely ... is that Lizzi Marriott was suffocated ... as Kat McDonough described in her interview with the Defense team. Some members of Lizzi Marriott's family were shaking their heads no as he was saying this.
