Amanda Knox is planning to accuse Raffaele of murder anytime…
Ted Thomson GroundReport |07/10/2014 at 1:29PM

Amanda Knox, the 27 year old woman who was re-convicted last January of the murder of Meredith Kercher in Italy, is planning to accuse her ex-boyfriend of murder very soon, according to reliable sources close to the Knox family, the PR firm Gogerty-Marriott and close to the Amanda Knox lawyers.

Since Raffaele Sollecito changed his version of events during the night of the murder last week, Curt Knox has been very angry and agitated according to our sources. Amanda Knox is also furious. Raffaele Sollecito said on July 2 in Rome ”that the evidence showed Amanda was not with him at his home at the time of the killing of Ms Kercher”…The latest strategy from the Raffaele’s defense is basically canceling Amanda Knox’s alibi during the night of the murder, a move that infuriated Curt Knox and left Amanda without an alibi during the night of the murder.

So where was Amanda Knox if she was not with Raffaele?? Amanda felt she had to make a move, and she is making a move.

Amanda Knox has a new job in Seattle: Newspaper journalist
By Vanessa Ho Seattlepi.com Published: Nov 5, 2014 at 7:40 PM PST

According to The Daily Beast, Knox has been freelancing for the weekly West Seattle Herald. She's written about a high school play and one mom's effort to start a line of cashew milk. It's a stark contrast to Knox's other writing, which includes the 2013 memoir "Waiting to be Heard" and recent Seattle Met essay, "What it feels like to be wrongly accused."

"Amanda's a very bright, very capable, highly qualified writer," Herald web editor Patrick Robinson told The Daily Beast. He said the paper had asked Knox to write for it.

Calling for a petition

Excerpt with more at link

Knox and her family have been quiet leading up to the hearing, but Knox supporters have been circulating a petition to put pressure on governments in both countries should the ruling go against Knox and Sollecito.

Knox supporters, like Karen Pruett of Vashon Island, are calling for an investigation into what they believe were wrongful convictions. Pruett is a friend of the Knox family and strongly believes in Amanda's innocence.

"When the people are speaking, our politicians and legislators start listening and that's certainly the case in Italy," said Pruett.

Knox won't be in Rome for the hearing. She's living in Seattle and recently became engaged.

The highest court in Italy on Friday has overturned the murder convictions of Amanda Knox and her ex-boyfriend in the sensational 2007 stabbing death of her British roommate.

The ruling was the latest turn in an odyssey of international justice for Knox, who spent four years in an Italian jail after the killing. She returned to the United States when she was initially acquitted in 2011, vowing never to return to Italy, and waited for the verdict on the second trial in her hometown of Seattle.

Knox thanked her supporters in a short statement after the verdict was announced. "I am tremendously relieved and grateful for the decision of the Supreme Court of Italy," she said. "The knowledge of my innocence has given me strength in the darkest times of this ordeal."

Amanda Knox Acquitted of 2007 Murder by Italy’s Highest Court
By ELISABETTA POVOLEDOMARCH 27, 2015

ROME — Italy’s highest court overturned the murder convictions of Amanda Knox and her Italian former boyfriend on Friday, throwing out all charges and ending a long-running courtroom drama over the killing of a British student in 2007.

The ruling in favor of Ms. Knox, a 27-year-old former exchange student from Seattle, and her co-defendant, Raffaele Sollecito, 31, was a shock in Italy, where the convictions had been expected to be upheld in the stabbing death of the British student, Meredith Kercher.

It was the second time that the court, known as the Supreme Court of Cassation, had vacated an appellate court ruling in the case, which had been tabloid fodder for years on both sides of the Atlantic and revealed the arcane workings of the Italian criminal justice system.
