Jurors deliberated for 2.5 hours yesterday.

Judge will ask jury if there is any video, weapon, ballistics etc ask for it in writing. Jury preparing for day 2 of deliberations

The live feed looked like a still shot of empty court... but there was a little black blip in bottom right corner (looked like a knife handle, but turned out to be the head of an African American Court Staff member) that shows its live video. :cool

This is a SIMPLE case to evaluate as far as main charge goes. The separate firearm charge is a given.

The child neglect?... meh!

Unfortunately leaving a child in unpleasant/unsafe conditions is all too common... and not pursued in Court.. but since Medina is there already.. he has some guilt in that area too.

Right.. Jury wrote back "We want lunch"... but that is NOT an end to the drama... they now get 12 MENUS and have to DECIDE on what they want to eat :doh

I assume the decision does NOT have to be unanimous, else we will be here all fucking Day :wall

According to @nataliacbs4 , #DerekMedina jury wanted to talk to judge about their holiday plans. That doesn't bode well for verdict today.
