This is a SIMPLE case to evaluate as far as main charge goes. The separate firearm charge is a given.

The child neglect?... meh!

Unfortunately leaving a child in unpleasant/unsafe conditions is all too common... and not pursued in Court.. but since Medina is there already.. he has some guilt in that area too.

Right.. Jury wrote back "We want lunch"... but that is NOT an end to the drama... they now get 12 MENUS and have to DECIDE on what they want to eat

I assume the decision does NOT have to be unanimous, else we will be here all fucking Day
