An interesting "Stand Your Ground" case from Houston Texas, and I will get to why in a minute.

Crystal Scott and Jonathan Ables both were allegedly en route to their respective jobs the morning of Sept. 17th 2012 when I believe one scuffed the other in a German Breaking incident. They began following each other and cutting each other off until both pulled into the parking lot of a Shell Station.

Scott claims that Ables approached her car in a threatening manner, hitting it with his fists and she claims that when he tried to open her door she shot him from inside her car.

Now here's where it gets weird: Look at the pictures of the bullet hole. She shot one round through her window frame, got out of the car and fired I believe 2 more times. She almost hit a man pumping gas.

So she shot at least 3 rounds total.

She claims she was in imminent fear of bodily harm.

She was released from the scene.

And it gets better.

Instead of calling a family member or something, she calls a member of the NAACP who brings an attorney with him to the scene of the shooting.

Who was the NAACP member?

Bishop James Dixon

The same ames Dixon who protested the "Trayvon Martin Murder"

Do the math here folks.

Something stinks and I do not believe she was acting in self defense in my opinion.

Here's some links to familiarize yourselves if you wish

Charlene Aucoin (Jonathans Mother) let me know the case was continued to early next year. Still have my eyes on this one.

I paid attention to it for a month or so after it happened. Texas is no way transparent so all the details will have to be followed during the trial itself. That woman should go down, IMO.

Just got word from the Ables family. Apparently the District Attorney is on the verge of giving up on the case. Because they have been dragging feet prosecuting Scott, witnesses are disappearing and there is some question about how the forensics were handled as well as some issue with the lead investigator. I am roadmapping the BGI alignment in this case from the DA's office down..knowing Bishop Dixon's involvement, before I comment more about this but it seems that Crystal "Imreal" Scott is going to get away with murder.

And so it is...

Scott got away with murder in my humble opinion. I am convinced the SAO in Houston was intimidated and coerced by the full effect of "Bishop" Dixon and his National Action Network cronies..including Letitia Quinones.

Hey there, Hoff!

Thanks for the final :( update. I can feel your disappointment in the dismissal after all this time. Sounds as though you are close to family and/or friends of the Ables. I can barely remember this case. Actually I remember the "incident" more than the names, and it's in my state.

As always, good to see you :)

Actually I don't know the Aucoins very well. But because I started the petition, Charlene has sent me updates via messenger on occasion. This time though, I wasn't told..I discovered a family run memorial page where the link to the article appeared. That's fine though..I am just disappointed that the Harris County State Attorney's Office would allow basically an Al Sharpton and Benjamin Crump knock off to dictate who they prosecute and don't prosecute. Disappointed but not surprised how this went down.
