Born Free was my favorite movie when I was a kid.

Hi Mal :give

Born Free was the FIRST movie we took our daughter to. A big thing back then. People did not have VCR's and movies at home.. so Movies were a more important part of a child's (person's) life.

Just BTW.. my first move as a child (and I still remember the event) was Lady and the Tramp... DOGS!!! :roll

I know! Saw the video on twitter so I searched news to make sure it was real. There were several shorter vids on YT, a blurry one showing the alligator right after it came out of the storm drain, at the curb near a driveway. CRAZY! :)

Living in Florida, I was just worried about walking my dog near the edge of a pond or waterway. Now I have to worry about storm drains too!

This ALMOST qualifies as "cutsey"... because its got CATS!! in it :cool

But on reflection... funny but not "cute"

Epic Animal Street Fight

The damned crows started it!!!

And kept it going......

:lol

I see a very perceptive comment at YT...

As you can clearly see in this video the crows had placed bets on this fight. They were trying to motivate the cat they had bet on to win the fight. One of the crows thought the black cat was losing so he decided to cheat by picking the other cats tail to distract him. As you see this move worked, because the other cat ran away. I have been informed that the other crow has gone to the judge to show how the other crow cheated. I will keep you up to date on the case!

This is cute AND hilarious (to me), Rumpole. I have never seen a cat fight in person. I hear them at night, but I think that could be mating? The comment is too funny. LOL!

Beautiful butterflies! I used to see Monarchs while growing up in NJ. In Florida I only see yellow butterflies, every now and then. A few years ago, I tried planting plants that attract them, but didn't have any luck. :stamp

I am failing at embedding youtube videos :(

Working on it now... is there a test forum for test and garbage posts?

Edited.... hopefully this works. Thanks to RUMPOLE for reminding me that the more I learn the less I know =p
