I was not impressed with the CSI at all. She was not observant enough to realize the iced tea was not iced tea? I realize that may be a small detail. But CSI are supposed to observe small details.

It is a minor point (in one sense).... but it is indicative of a mind set (imprinted) and an unprofessional attention to detail

It is actually a critical piece of evidence as far as it is PROOF that there was witness coaching (tampering) by Crump since DeeDee came out with the same WRONG description as the initial police report.

Zimmerman Trial Day 2 – Analysis of State’s Witnesses

Today can only be characterized as an utter debacle for the prosecution in Florida v. Zimmerman. Besides the testimony of a couple of highly professional law enforcement witnesses, the testimony of the the other State witnesses ranged from signing George Zimmerman’s praises, to acknowledging the utility of following a suspicious person from a distance, to being utterly discredited by razor sharp cross-examination of the defense.

Before we even get to the disaster that was the State’s witnesses, however, we first have to discuss this morning’s hearing and the extent to which it evanescent is the State’s case against George Zimmerman.

So what are the odds that this debacle is ended before the defense even presents its own witnesses? As one of our posters stated, this could be just a show trial. However, there's no satisfying the BGI. Anything less than murder 2 will provoke/incite/enable shall we say 'civil unrest'.

Love how the Philly mag blog held the threat of riots over non-black heads. And as one of the commenters stated below that blog, it's AA businesses and homes that get looted and burned.

I am reading a terrific analytical Law Site called "Legal Insurrection" by a real live law professor W.A. Jacobson from Cornell University not some no name defunct law place in Podunk, KY like Leatherhead.

Freddy is beside himself with O'Mara's cross of the neighbor who decided to embellish her story in court yesterday. It is amazing how these witnesses fall into the 1000 yard facial stare showing there disapproval of O'Mara and West on cross. Is that supposed to validate their questionable testimony?
This is priceless. The wife of the guy who took pictures of Zimmerman on the scene denies her husband showed her the pictures.
