UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said it "could have gone either way" as he thanked healthcare workers for saving his life after being discharged from hospital. Recuperating at Checkers.

Man charged over supermarket coughing video
11:35 am on 6 April 2020

A Christchurch man who filmed himself coughing and sneezing over people in a supermarket has appeared in court.

Raymond Gary Coombs appeared via video link while in police custody at the Christchurch District Court this morning.

The 38-year-old is charge with endangering life by criminal nuisance and obstruction of a medical officer of health.

He did not enter pleas.

He has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance on 9 April.

Father of groom in Bluff wedding dies from Covid-19
4:03 pm today

The 86-year-old man who died after attending the Bluff wedding, which has become the country's largest Covid-19 cluster, has been named.

Greek-born Christos Tzanoudakis was attending his son's wedding.

A source close to him confirmed his death, and says his family and the Greek community is devastated.

Tzanoudakis was a co-founder and former president of the Cretans Association of New Zealand.

He was one of nine people in New Zealand to die after contracting Covid-19.

New Zealand EXTENDING time in Level 4

Extending from Wednesday this week, to early next week

That was MY thought on this issue.
Jacinda has done great (who knew a bossy "nanny state" libtard would be an asset?)

New Zealand will move out of level four lockdown at 11.59PM on Monday April 27, before moving to level 3 for two weeks.


When we go to level 3 next week it will be REVIEWED after 2 weeks.
