Polls are closed... initial "exit polls" are being reported. I am NOT going to try and follow the ups and downs all day, I assume that there will be "fuckery" but just as a baseline here is the initial position: Turnout reported as 69.42% (down on previous years if it stands) |

It seems that the result is CONCEDED The second round Head-to-head will be Marine Le Pen vs Emmanuel Macron Several losers (rats) have already conceded defeat and urged their voters to vote for Macron in the next round CAUTION These "results" are all predictions... #fakenews and #Fakepoll estimates. Its a bit early for actual result tallies... With ONLY 8 of 107 departements counted | At 21:13 CEST Fillon 22.65% Macron 21.74% Le Pen 20.19% Mélenchon 18.65% Hamon 8.32% |

"Conservative" Fillon is already calling on his supporters to support Macron. Macron is being called a moderate he is pro-immigration, pro-Muslim, pro-European Union and pro-death of France from what I can tell. We need a French Rumpolian. |

I've noticed election results are hard to come by now that Lepen is in the lead. French election: Macron and Le Pen through to presidential run off, partial results and polls show Lepen 23.7 Moron 21.7 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/04 ... xit-polls/ |

Yeah, Carm. I spotted early on that the International #Fakenews were making shit up! "Exit Polls" are NOT RESULTS.. they are at best predictions, and ALL poll companies tell lies I have seen the result change between Le Pen and Macron being winner. I wont accept the result until all votes counted. FWIW Link for Official Nationwide results: http://elections.interieur.gouv.fr/pres ... 17/FE.html |

I have to say I am NOT optimistic... The French They have demanded welfare and a Nanny State throughout my life time. I can not see the French voting in a "far right" Le Pen...or even Le Pen just mainstream right. And France, like other Western nations, have already skewed their own voting population with LOTS of immigrants.. who naturally vote for more free stuff and even more immigrants. As I posted above... (based on exit polls so not Gospel)... a lot of the voters for the losing candidates say they will vote Macron next round. So.. on the face of it Macron predicted to win 60% + There is only a slim Hope that sanity can prevail (last chance) as it did with Brexit and Trump. |

It seems to me that the French Electoral system is an indictment of "alternative choice" voting. People get to vote for preferred choice in first round, but also their "second favorite" candidate in the second round. The system is DOOMED. They are likely to get what nobody wants! (Yellow) |

France elections: Le Pen steps aside as National Front leader 58 minutes ago Far-right French presidential candidate Marine Le Pen has announced that she is stepping aside as leader of her National Front (FN) party. [....]Ms Le Pen said her decision had been made out of the "profound conviction" that the president of the republic must bring together all of the French people. "So, this evening, I am no longer the president of the National Front. I am the candidate for the French presidency," she said. ...more at link http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-39 ... ws_central |

Unfortunately a Le Pen win is at best an outside chance. I guess this move is worth a crack? |

Post subject: | Re: French Election 2017 |
Note how MSM (#FakeNews International) ALWAYS name her as "Far-right French presidential candidate Marine Le Pen" Macron does NOT get a descriptive handle at all, let alone a negative trigger phrase. It's an obvious ploy.. like Trump branding Cruz as "Lyin' Ted" The sort of thing you would expect politically active people to wage against opponents.. .. so I guess it PROVES (again) that "the press" are not unbiased, but are in fact part of the opposition... who knew? |
