Pink Floyd Live in Basel, Switzerland July 26, 1988 (Full Show)

This was a World Tour 1988 I saw it live in Auckland NZ
The concert followed same format here as far as I recall. It started in daylight & they did "new" stuff for an hour.
It got dark early on and the lighting and effects came into their own.... after dark doing "proper" old PF songs it was magic. :cool

I have always been a big fan of Jeff Lynn and E.L.O. they're brilliant. I'll never forget back in the day seeing them live and being told beforehand that if I'd never seen them live, then I was in for a treat. They were, to my knowledge, the only band at one time who's concerts featured many laser lights in all shapes, sizes and moving in different directions. The person who told me this was so right. I've yet to see anyone do a concert as they used to do. I love the music too. So much talent. Saw a great documentary about Jeff Lynn at his home, he is totally into music - surrounded by instruments all of which he can play - and plays music and writes all the time.

I have all of their albums and one is playing in the background right now. When you watch this remind yourself that this concert took place in 1978 - quite a treat for the 70s believe me. Jeff Lynn still wears the glasses with the thick curly hair too.

Watch it full screen - go on, you know you want to - give yourself a treat - volume up high too.
