Tom Wright - My quick cheat sheet

Less than 60 against her-- a big win for the PM
60-100 against -- wounded but survivable
Over 100-- Crippled; v vulnerable.
Over 158-- an actual defeat. She's gone.

So-called "Hard Brexit"... sounds GREAT to me?

I can't claim to understand the "international high finance and trade" stuff.... but it looks like there may be short term "pain"... but UK is FREE of the vipers in Brussels... billions of dollars saved just on the financing of a bunch of Euro-Bureaucrats... and their hangers on. Europe is a mess... to be part of that is to share the crap.
UK can STILL trade with EU as nations outside EU already do. EU needs UK MORE than UK needs EU... but stuff them. They can negotiate some sort of deal... but not take advantage of UK.

'All I want to do is come home to Britain': Ex-London schoolgirl, 19, who ran away to join ISIS with two friends flees while 'nine months pregnant' after losing two children in the warzone

  • Shamima Begum, 19, fled Bethnal Green with two friends for Syria in 2015
  • She and two friends, Kadiza Sultana and Amira Abase, married foreign fighters
  • They went to join Sharmeena Begum who had already travelled to Syria
  • Shamima fled the final ISIS stronghold in eastern Syria and said Abase and Sharmeena Begum were still alive two weeks ago

A schoolgirl who fled Britain to join Islamic State has been found heavily pregnant in a refugee camp.

Shamima Begum was just 15 when she and two classmates travelled to Syria in February 2015.

She described witnessing beheadings, bombings and the loss of her two infant children as the caliphate fell apart around her.

However the 19-year-old says she does not regret joining the terror group – but now wants to come home.

'I'm not the same silly little 15-year-old schoolgirl who ran away from Bethnal Green four years ago,' she said after being traced to the camp by The Times. 'And I don't regret coming here.'

Miss Begum claimed she had been living a normal life despite the atrocities.

It would be NUTS to let this dangerous Islamic nut job back into UK. What use is she? She will likely be a drain on taxpayers for her life and the life of her kids and beyond that.

You can bet that the UK taxpayer will be liable to fund the child for life once the woman pods!.. and others if it breeds again. Those children will likely grow up to "revere" some Islamic savage who fathered them, and no doubt be another radicalized generation. Even if the woman is sent to prison... in UK she will be further radicalized... maybe she will radicalize others with her tales of the "great life" within the Califate.
