A party CAN NOT govern with a minority (-45) so there MUST be an election. At the very least a new coalition of parties in the existing parliament. And I can not see agreement on such a coalition (led by Corbyn?), so again an election must be called. I can not believe that the current position is "constitutional". I really can not see the point of a Queen's speech, laying out what this government plan to do. There MUST be a different government one way or the other.. and so another Queen's speech to kick that off. Apparently Labour have a cunning plan to "vote down" motions following The Queen's speech. A vote of no confidence and an election 14 days later (early November)
It is a second issue as to what (if anything) Boris can do to avoid another delay in Brexit. The talk is that the Tories will do poorly in an election following them failing to deliver Brexit. That may be true... but hard to see people angry about no Brexit voting for parties that want to stop Brexit?

Labour previously indicated a confidence vote later this week, but has been denied the opportunity due to Parliament being shut down.
