Hanafin's a "progressive" from Boston who says that when administering polygraphs on "victims" like Ford u automatically "believe them" & don't ask them specific questions BREAKING: Kavanaugh accuser and Yale classmate Debbie Ramirez's attorneys have refused 7 requests for cooperation from the Senate Judiciary Committee |

Reviewing Ford testimony... I am even more of the opinion that she is a delusional neurotic ("bat-shit crazy" as we say in the profession)  This daft woman should be talking (in private) to a therapist... not the Senate, FBI, etc. "Valley Girl" act was pathyetic |

Senator Chuck Grassley requested a criminal investigation of Mr. Catalan for making false accusations. The investigation may also include Senator Sheldon Whitehouse for assisting and promoting the false accusation:  Mr. Jeffrey Catalan accused Judge Brett Kavanaugh of assaulting a woman on a boat in Rhode Island. Mr. Catalan first sent the accusation to Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, one of the primary Democrat operatives who was helping to construct the attacks against Judge Kavanaugh. Senator Whitehouse simultaneously informed the media and the Judicary Committee of the allegations. Mr. Catalan later recanted his story, saying he made it all up.  THE BAD NEWS IS..... A "criminal referral" sent to Sessions and Wray is not worth anything. It does not mean there will be any sort of criminal investigation, let alone an indictment. |

Kavanaugh’s accused him on Sunday of a “blatant mischaracterization” of his drinking while in college, saying that he often saw Judge Kavanaugh “staggering from alcohol consumption.” The classmate, Chad Ludington, who said he frequently socialized with Judge Kavanaugh as a student, said in a statement that the judge had been untruthful in testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee when he had denied any possibility that he had ever blacked out from drinking. Mr. Ludington said that Judge Kavanaugh had played down “the degree and frequency” of his drinking, and that the judge had often become “belligerent and aggressive” while intoxicated. Kavanaugh's "Good name" is already tarnished. His reputation will be even more damaged if, after all this, he fails to be seated on the SCOTUS. That is true whether his name is withdrawn, or if there is a vote and he fails! So...... TAKE THE DAMNED VOTE Any Senator voting NO to Kavanaugh should lose their upcoming midterm election. BTW TRUMP DOES NOT HAVE A MAJORITY IN THE SENATE The alleged Republican majority of 51 is NOT real as far as Trump is concerned. Hence he is doing OK as a President without a majority in the Senate. Lets hope that the upcoming election provides 3 or 4 Senators who will support Trump (mostly) |

I see now, that that (my approach) would have antagonized the witness.. and gained her support. |

The story.. as it stands is….. Blasey Ford and 2 guys in one bedroom. Nobody has pointed out that that leaves “The rest of the party” as just Leland Ingham Keyser and PJ Smyth… a couple? Off shagging in another bedroom perhaps? What ford describes is not a party so much as a evening of debauchery. |
