Flynn Sentencing... Judge Emmet Sullivan DELAYS sentencing..... again!! Postponed another 90 days!! It seems that the Judge is well aware that Flynn pleaded guilty to a crime he did not commit Judge Sullivan stating: “I cannot recall any incident in which the court has accepted a plea of guilty from someone who maintained he was not guilty and I don’t intend to start today.” We have KNOWN that for a year I think Flynn is "dicing with death" since the deal with Mueller requires this plea.. else he can still be charged with crimes involving acting for a foreign power.. WHILE part of the Trump administration!! (treason??). AND... the Turkey stuff is still ongoing.. Flynn does NOT have immunity (as far as we know).. he could further charged himself. I am not even sure this plea deal makes Flynn totally safe.... especially with Mueller and his angry Democrats.. who obviously are not honorable or ethical. .. but it's the best Flynn has got. Take it and run... if Judge Sullivan does eventually sentence him. |

Judge Sullivan Revokes Flynn Passport, Imposes Travel Restrictions Within 50 Miles of DC… Posted on December 18, 2018 by sundance Ever heard the term: “physician heal thyself“? Judge Sullivan revokes Michael Flynn’s passport and imposes travel restrictions with major financial ramifications. At first blush this would appear to be a judge with a vendetta against Michael Flynn. However, CTH would disagree. As Robert Barnes stated earlier: “How does a judge try to torpedo a plea deal and get a defendant to withdraw their plea? They threaten to use the charges they avoided within the plea deal as the basis for their sentence.” Sullivan deploys a strategy we know as “extreme compliance“. In essence delivering ramifications toward the judicial status quo in order to change the status quo. .....more at link https://theconservativetreehouse.com/20 ... les-of-dc/ Apparently... we all HATE General Flynn again now!! Yesterday he was a military veteran (General/Military Intel) who had served for 33 years, including 3 years in Iraq and Afghanistan... today? Not so much |

Mueller grand jury term extended following Friday expiration Published January 04, 2019 By Matt Richardson | Fox News A federal grand jury being used by the team of Special Counsel Robert Mueller has been extended, Fox News has learned. The original term of 18 months for the Washington, D.C.-based jury expired on Friday. Sources close to Chief Judge of U.S. District Court in Washington, Beryl Howell, tell Fox News she has extended the grand jury term. It wasn’t immediately clear if the extension is for another six months. A grand jury may serve more than 18 months only if the court, having determined that an extension is in the public interest, extends the grand jury's service. An extension may be granted for no more than 6 months, except as otherwise provided by statute. ...more at link https://www.foxnews.com/politics/muelle ... ration.amp |

"The public" (generally) would not know their own interest. Kinda sad that the swamp prevails.... but nothing much has changed in the past 2 years. I don't see it changing much in the next 2 years either. |

This NOT strictly "Mueller witch hunt"... but it's the same sort of shit... Preview of Michael Cohen Opening Statement to Congress tomorrow.... https://www.scribd.com/document/4006140 ... estimony-1 Cohen is an even bigger rat than I imagined.... BTW... Michael Cohen has been disbarred After Trump's former lawyer pleaded guilty to federal charges in 2018, the loss of his legal license was expected. He is likely to begin a 3-year prison sentence in May. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/justic ... ed-n976436 Cohen's motive for his opening statement attacking Trump so viciously, with gross exaggeration and lies.. is NOT about "saving the nation" from the (now) evil Trump..... or anything "noble"... that is simply not what rats are about?? My guess is that Cohen was threatened with a lot longer sentence than 3 years... financial penalties and possibly charges to family members? He had to put on a "good show" with damaging testimony to avoid a lot harsher sentence. |

LIVE: Ex-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen testifies to Congress Global News Started streaming 3 hours ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFgYq5x_gtE Cohen testifying.... he admits that stuff he is doing now is part of an attempt on his part to get his 3 year sentence reduced. He has already engaged in talks on book deals etc. Stated and agreed by Cohen that his crimes could earn him 70 years in prison. So the 3 years (or less) is a big "discount" that he is paying for by testimony against Trump. |

EXCLUSIVE: 'Crazy, Dumb, Paranoid, Liar' - these things have been said about my boss...NONE of it is true!' Inside Michael Cohen's '$750,000' book deal and how he pitched the proposal praising Trump just weeks before the FBI raided his office
By Martin Gould For Dailymail.com Published: 08:04 AEDT, 1 March 2019 | Updated: 09:36 AEDT, 1 March 2019 President Donald Trump is not crazy. Nor is he dumb or paranoid. Certainly he is not in over his head. Is he a liar? Nope. And he is not addicted to TV either. Who says so? None other than Michael Cohen, the president's former lawyer and fixer who eviscerated Trump in three days of testimony before Congressional committees this week. Cohen's comments were in a book proposal that the jail-bound disbarred attorney was shopping around in the weeks before the FBI raided his offices last year. DailyMail.com has reviewed a copy of that proposal. At the time he had nothing but good things to say about his boss who had entered the White House a little more than a year earlier. Cohen was pushing a book with the working title 'Trump Revolution: From The Tower to The White House, Understanding Donald J. Trump,' that he proposed to write. He sent his book to several potential publishers last year, and one, Hachette, reportedly was willing to pay him three-quarters of a million dollars for his wise words. But Cohen, who is due to start a three-year prison term in May for crimes including tax evasion, lying to Congress and making false statements, thought he could do better and continued to seek more money, DailyMail.com can reveal. 'I doubt he was offered $750,000,' one publishing executive told DailyMail.com. 'If he was, he was a fool not to take it. 'Everything he wanted to say about Trump was positive,' added another executive who discussed the deal with Cohen. 'Even in our meeting he was glowing with praise for the president.' ...more at link https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... -liar.html |
