The theory of Mueller being a ‘white hat’ is now debunked.

Generally, I’m dubious about many of the extended and convoluted theories of ‘4-D chess’ and multiple layers and levels of conspiracy theories.

They make good reading, and are a way of creatively projecting imagination, but often the speculation deviates from facts and the role of emotion in human behavior.

Certainly stuff goes on behind the surface, but Ockham’s Razor often is a more accurate approach.

And don’t forget that every media outlet, including alternative news blogs need to create and sustain their own daily narratives. They need views and clicks as much as anyone, and often the material presented as ‘breaking news’ is merely a rehash of stale theories.

Independent, critical thinking requires discipline and objectivity. Getting too caught up in partisan echo chambers (left or right) may be comfortable, but ultimately disappointing when reality doesn’t conform to the prevailing theories that have been constructed.

What I am concerned about is how those that come here and fill webpage after webpage with vitriolic posts that would be better suited to Mike Cernovich, InfoWars or Breitbart. Thinking people and decision-makers on OUR SIDE are not likely to do anything here except read the main posts because it is a colossal waste of time to spend the hours necessary to wade through the nonsense to get the nuggets if good information and wisdom that a good number of posters here bring to our attention. Productive people with engaging real-life responsibilities don’t normally have the time to do that. Wish that a daily thread could be posted for snarkers and concerned folks and the rest of Sundance’s threads could be left free for posters who have something PRODUCTIVE to contribute.
