I would certainly expect suspects to be REMOVED (suspended) so that the corrupt schemes are halted and so that EVIDENCE is preserved. With all the BAD players left in place and even given warning of what the IG is investigating, the OIG investigation seems more focused on giving people time to cover their tracks, rather than exposing the crimes and holding people accountable (INDICTING)

2nd Special Counsel.... BIG MISTAKE IMO

I see lots of people calling for a second Special Counsel... Conspiracy Bloggers and their "cult" Congregations, of course, but also spokesmen whose analysis and legal expertise is more rational, and whose opinion I value (Mostly). The call is to "investigate the investigators"... all the corruption by DoJ/FBI in previous investigations as well as Clinton Crimes.... The Corrupt Obama Administration etc. NOBLE goals but......

It's a TRAP!!

Mueller has been going for a year... with more to go... investigating........... NOTHING!!
Imagine how long a REAL and proper full investigation of all the REAL corruption would take? Several years for sure, and in the meantime it's existence would be used as an EXCUSE for withhold documents, testimony and other evidence...from oversight, public and by other official bodies such as Congress... because it is "sub-judice" to the Special Prosecutor investigation. At the same time... such evidence would NOT be provided to the SP expeditiously (or willingly)... delay and obfuscation would still be the norm. And..... imagine with yet MORE YEARS delay in getting to the bottom of any underlying crimes... evidence would be "lost"... witnesses memories stretched. Some players may even DIE (natural or unnatural causes). A second Special Counsel would be ...

And as we all know..... "Big Uglies" are EXCUSES to placate the masses, and excuses for the guilty to be not forthcoming with information.
