I was wondering how he would outline a positive strategy without revealing a plan of action. He's amazing.
Read on twit that Major Garrett, CBS (ex-FOX) is saying he's been told by sources several different numbers, up to 4K. Easy to parrot numbers already thrown out there. Maybe few troops deployed and a few MOAB.
