Anybody with a modicum of proficiency in ENGLISH COMPREHENSION might see that Jeff describes Huber's mandate as "a Review" which will (eventually, maybe months from now) come up with RECOMMENDATIONS. Who knows if any of those "recommendations" will be acted upon?

There is NO MENTION of a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION.... yet

And the passage that Jeff himself quotes (by Assistant AG Boyd) states that:
".. prosecutors report to AG or Deputy AG, as appropriate"
And Jeff has already shown that he errs on the side of considering himself RECUSED from all matters not necessarily directly involving Russia or the Trump campaign. Who knows how much of this "review" is by-passing Recused Jeff and going to Rosenstein?

NONE of this stuff is happening any time soon!!

Some think the OIG PROBE is a re-investigation of Crooked Hillary and her gang.. with indictments of Hillary and gang to follow.

IT IS NOT!

It is an internal DoJ review of how DoJ and FBI staff handled the Hillary email investigation. Hillary remains "exonerated" regardless of whether or not the FBI investigation was carried out properly. Many of the top (obvious) Hillary criminals involved were granted IMMUNITY, and Hillary herself was declared to be NOT GUILTY of any (indictable) crime by James Comey. Horowitz can not change that... even if he tried.. and his job is NOT to re-investigate, let alone indict, Hillary and her gang.

Chris Farrell (Judicial Watch) has repeatedly stated that (in general) an OIG probe/report is "where the truth goes to die".. and I see no reason why this ridiculously long-winded example should be an exception to what OIG reports are normally. I imagine there will be a lot of vague language about the need for better "protocols" etc in the future.. and shit like that.
If any individuals are singled out it will be in vague terms. Even if there are examples of demonstrable "wrong doing".... the MOST that the report can do is recommend a PROPER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION... to start... and... even if one is started... it could take more months and indictments are not assured.

It was always NUTS to keep deferring to an OIG report as an excuse to delay doing a Proper Criminal investigation... especially in regards criminals that the OIG office has no jurisdiction over.
Also the pending OIG report was (and is) used as an excuse to not turn over documents... That was a silly excuse to allow... highlighted now since to OIG pussy-footed around CRIMINAL activity and so the documents were far from "in use" by the OIG probe. There might have been some credibility to the need to say withhold documents from Congress (for now) IF there had been a proper criminal investigation underway... but there wasn't.
LOTS of people warned that an OIG probe is NOT a comprehensive investigation..
