There are bound to be aspects that are "classified" and so kept secret...seeds for ongoing Conspiracy Theories... even into future generations still clamoring for documents to be released (cf Kennedy Assassination)

Besides all that..... this sort of ongoing CRAP is what the Clinton's (and Dems generally) rely on. They are clearly GUILTY of crimes and so throw out shit in all directions.. claim everybody else has crimes too... introduce so many twists and turns and other matters that the original OBVIOUS CRIME is lost amidst all the rest.

I think that what is needed is a Review (or a probe, I'm easy) into all the previous reviews and probes and Congressional Committees etc
I expect this "Review of all the reviews" to produce a REPORT (within 2 years) summarizing all the previous reviews, with recommendations as to exactly what parameters should be set for the final "MOTHER OF ALL REVIEWS"



When "The Big Ugly" happens (ater 7 and a half billion years work)......

Anybody with a modicum of proficiency in ENGLISH COMPREHENSION might see that Jeff describes Huber's mandate as "a Review" which will (eventually, maybe months from now) come up with RECOMMENDATIONS. Who knows if any of those "recommendations" will be acted upon?

There is NO MENTION of a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION.... yet

And the passage that Jeff himself quotes (by Assistant AG Boyd) states that:
".. prosecutors report to AG or Deputy AG, as appropriate"
And Jeff has already shown that he errs on the side of considering himself RECUSED from all matters not necessarily directly involving Russia or the Trump campaign. Who knows how much of this "review" is by-passing Recused Jeff and going to Rosenstein?

And..... there is STILL a Month (or more) delay in the OIG report and it's now part one, with further report to follow... who knows when? Another few months from now?... so NONE of this stuff is happening any time soon!!

Rosenstein memo to Mueller gives OK to probe Manafort


It seems to me that Mueller (his lawyers) are presenting this evidence to show that he was "authorized" to extend the scope of his witch hunt beyond "Muh Russia"... because.... Rosenstein!....

It is true that we have any number of Prosecutors... doing Probes and Reviews... Questioning "witnesses"... requesting Documents and memos... holding hearings even... and ultimately producing... REPORTS and RECOMMENDATIONS.

What we lack are PROSECUTIONS

And it is silly to keep saying "patience grasshopper"... Indictments will come... after the next report... because they never do.. there is always yet another probe/review in progress.. and besides it is insane to imagine that NOBODY can be Indicted until ALL POSSIBLE indictments have been explored. In the real world investigators provide evidence for indictments when it is discovered... they at least STOP the crime in progress and gather the evidence BEFORE it can be hidden or destroyed.

Trump Derangement Syndrome is a double sided coin....
The anti/never Trump strain.. easy to see and ridicule.... but there is also the Trump worship/"Trump is Omnipotent" strain

"Conservative" Fan-posters have been told that Trump can do no wrong.. so they can not even consider the idea that Corruption and "the deep state" are still running Rampant, even in the Trump administration. Trump has so far FAILED to get on top of the problem, or even get the staff and actions in place that will fix things. For example, rather than admit that Sessions is NOT the AG that Trump needs, and that in fact (corrupt) Rosenstein is running at least some critical aspects of the DoJ, "Conservative" Fan-posters accept silly notions about "White hats" who look to be black hats, but are really working in secret to pull off "multi-dimensional Chess moves" at the behest of a Machiavellian genius Trump.

The more likely explanation is that Trump continues to have top people working against him, but they are avoiding being held accountable by the system.. as has always happened. Rosenstein has put in place a Special Counsel, contrary to legal requirements... The investigation is not only illegitimate, but is set up to run indefinitely. To indict Trump associates eventually.
Nothing to do with Russia. Nothing to do with "collusion" (which is not a crime anyway). Nothing to do with "obstruction of justice"... how can it be that when NO CRIME on Trump's part has been identified that COULD have an investigation "obstructed"? Since the Mueller witch hunt is ILLEGITIMATE.... "A Fake Investigation"... shutting even IT down could not be described as "obstruction of justice".

But... having said all that... then to imagine that somehow all this is being "magically" resolved in secret is naive and delusional. It will take a KICK ASS ATTORNEY GENERAL to firstly start CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS, and secondly have the balls to indict senior administrators, perhaps all the way up to Obama. It would be, as they say, something of a "Constitutional crisis" to actually indict and imprison two past Presidents, first Lady/Sec of State, and a large group of a previous presidential administration as well as the heads and senior staff from within DoJ/FBI. State Dept... and likely more departments, and not to mention MOST of the top officials within the DNC, the Clinton Campaign, perhaps many elected representatives and Senators. It aint gonna happen with Sleepy Jeff at the helm.... and probably NOT with anybody else in Jeff's place. The best outcome will be Jeff gone and a proper AG in place to get a few token indictments.
