What a load of horsepoop! No one is above the law. I would like to see GZ file some kind of action in regards to Corey calling him a murderer during the Presser after the jury acquitted him at trial. Should be libel.

That said, it's Florida so who knows... I think that sanctions should be determined after the Kruidbos lawsuit. Knowing Judge Nelson, she will deny it.

That may be a good strategy, Deb, but it's a bit of a risk. Of course, she's virtually certain to deny sanctions, so I suppose it's really risking nothing to wait in hopes of a finding of malfeasance in the Kruidbos suit. :)

Here is how you can get docket info on BK case. First go to this link and register for a CORE clerk online reg password. Its free, http://www.duvalclerk.com/ccWebsite/recordSearch.page . Then after reg go to Cirucuit Civil, if you just put in Kruidbos in the search, it will bring up all with that name. I think, BK is the first, anyway its the one with Angela Corey lol
Judge Name HADDOCK, LAWRENCE P. is the judge who recused. Hope this helps

I know Racheal and "cursive" is a running gag.... but IMO the girl could not read at all, and would in all seriousness benefit from such a literacy program :)
