I said it above, Chip, and I agree 100%. The state rested, and had their opportunity to cross-examine Gladys. How can they recall her on rebuttal, such that she can be kept from the courtroom? She is only relevant to her identification of George. I think MoM needs to raise this on Monday morning, there is nothing that the state can use her for, and keeping her out of the courtroom is purely a ploy.

There is zero doubt it's a ploy, a petty, vindictive, ploy. Unfortunately, they won't admit it and the defense can't prove it. The state can suggest they may want to question her about GZ's background if that door gets opened, for example. They'll come up with something.

I hope MOM fights for it, just on principle. But I doubt he's going to feel it's a good use of his time, kwim?

He claims to be banned just because he "supports" TM... but I imagine it is because he is a known violent psychopath

If this Trent does not have seat in the courtroom, what would he expect to accomplish there?

I think it's a downright evil ploy.

He DID have a seat... got through the lotter process... was bragging about it... posting video from handicam.. walking around Court House etc.

He claimed he would behave.. but he can not keep his potty-mouth shut when recording hearings even.. so his uploads are ruined by his own foul-mouthed comments. I imagine in court he would have created a scene sooner or later. I think the officials did the right thing by blocking his access, though I imagine that even a Trent may have some sort of claim in regards freedoms etc. Maybe he should hire the Crump law firm to lodge a complaint?

Roughly translated: Trent walked up to the front doors, realized that they were searching people and he couldn't bring his pipe in with him. Since he can't watch any court proceeding without smoking pot, he couldn't leave his pipe behind.

Tell me how the people at the court house would have any clue who Trent is? Sounds fishy to me. Maybe Trent realizes that this farce is over and is trying to distance himself from it?

EVERYBODY knows who Trent is... he was all over twitter bragging about getting a seat. Maybe some sane person is actually running at least a small part of Sanford LE/Judicial system?
