She describes talking, laughing and a little frustrated.

Ok, finally got to the correct thread.

The only people that hear an angry tone in the NEN call is Trayborgs and overzealous prosecutors. I would only hope the jury sees through their emotional BS.

Bernie is the asshole the way he crosses. He badgers and sounds mean.

BDLR isn't getting what he wants and is using ridiculous questions which insult the intelligence. Just because what the person said isn't the type of thing that means you are inviting someone to lunch or show you like the person it doesn't mean it is a statement that shows ill will or spite.

Now he is trying to push two sentences with curse words which is really weak as evidence.

I think both things might be getting on the juries nerves.

I would say George was not in good shape, so if there was any change in his voice, it would have been from the effort of getting out of the car. As a matter of fact, sometimes just walking can cause an obese person to exhibit shortness of breath.

Speaking as the general demographic of the jury, there is no way they're missing BDLR's arrogance and nastiness.

Bernie's cross proves George said "these azzholeS always getaway" and "effin punkS", so the plural reference sets the stage for the state to show that George held a "depraved mind" ready to kill every single one of them?

The anger, hatred, ill-will, and boatloads of spite are coming from the prosecution, not GZ. Petty, petty, petty, juvenile type petty, arrogant, bullies.
