If yes, then:

Will Crump plead the 5th?

I voted No. Nelson has a demonstrated ability to stand by clearly erroneous rulings. Example: keep W8's address secret from defense counsel.

I voted no as well. Nelson doesn't show any signs of intelligence...she doesn't show much signs of life either!

I vote "NO", Judge Nelson will NOT reverse her decision. She has clearly demonstrated that she will go to the end's of the earth to obstruct every effort of the defense to cast sunlight into the "black hole" in which the truth about DeeDee lurks. If for no other reason than pride, she will stick to her guns.

Nelson has a reputation to protect as being Bozo Judge #2 so I vote no because it would be out of character for a Bozo Judge to not continue to be a Bozo. However, if O'Mara squeezes her nose hard enough to get the bicycle horn sound to come out ......who knows ?

No. Judge Nelson isn't going to order Crump's deposition. She previously ruled that Crump is an opposing counsel of some (as yet unknown) type. I don't anticipate Judge Nelson reversing herself but I wouldn't be surprised if she continued the hearing to assist fast tracking the case to trial.

I voted yes and he will answer most questions. Time for truth now about this case. Someone is going to take a big hit and it isn't going to be Crump. You can bet on that.
That is unless 'someone higher up' has something to say about it to cover their ass.

I also voted no, its obvious where this case is headed and what the outcome will be. Nelson is following instructions.

The question is how will she address the issues with his affidavit if she won't allow the deposition?

I think that your poll should include a d) category which will be Nelson denying it and MOM/West going directly to the DCA

Nelson saying "No" is covered... what happens next is separate :)

More polls will follow.

Well I can see why people had no faith. I subsequently am not holding any more hope that positives will fall to the defense.
