Honestly speaking, I've seen this type of circumstances more than once and the SA goes ahead with the charges especially if it is involving a firearm. They also argue to keep the restraining order in place. This is a very serious charge. I mean shotgun in face? The state is now the victim in this case. She is a witness. It is a felony and it is the State of Florida vs GZ. They can go forward with this case whether she likes it or not. I think they have been in touch too. I have also seen the state win the cases even when the woman recants on the stand.

Sadly... men are often led by their lust (to put it nicely). I hope George stays well away from her... in fact is very cautious generally about who he trusts or gets involved with. |

Sadly, with George's attorney asking for him to be allowed to see his GF, that tells me he will run right back to her and at that point, I'm done caring about him and I am willing to bet many of his other online supporters will feel the same way. |
