..."SA Moore was briefed by ASA De-La-Rionda once inside the vehicle and enroute to the northeast area of Miami-Dade county. It was advised that a statement would be taken from Sybrina Fulton; mother of Trayvon Marton, Tracy Martin; father of Trayvon and [redacted]Trayvon's girlfriend. This interview will take place at [redacted] but [redacted] possibly lived in the [redactedd]. The address was relayed to SA Gaylon White in an effort to conduct a surveillance to assure no media was in the area."

Can anyone here think of any reason Bernie had his SA's making certain there was "no media" there on that day?

Edit to add: Did they still believe they were protecting the identity of a minor on April 2?

President Obama interjected himself into the Zimmerman case when he said that if he had a son he would “look like Trayvon”.

President Obama had the chance to be a great roll model for children and he blew it.... :wall He should have been telling kids for a while now , the color of your skin doesn't matter ..... who you are as a person is what matters. If you tell children they are disadvantaged because of the color of there skin they will believe you . If you tell them ,YOU define who you are by the life you live and the choices you make, they will realize the world doesn't owe anyone anything. :44

I couldn't help but to notice that W9 wasn't interviewed by the FBI, FDLE, or the SAO. Can't help but to wonder why... She certainly made all kinds of allegations about racism in the Zimmerman household and when asked by Serino (?) when she was finally ID'd after her anonymous tip she went into her spiel about the molestation. Can we take this to mean that she is no longer credible? The molestation charges brought immense hatred from the other camp. It would nice to see that issue entirely put to rest.

I am right behind you, darn. $1650 per hr. for a deposition and he might not testify. What would his fee be them?

Anyone else catch this little gem from the defense's response to the toxicology motion in limine?

Quote:
...from other evidence in the case, it is known that TM brought marijuana with him...

Unless I've missed something, the defense has some information that hasn't been publicly disclosed. Perhaps from a police report or similar? (Or from a family member deposition?)

Well spotted, Chip.....

It sounds like something new to me... "......brought with him from South Florida to use while in Sanford...."

I was reviewing the 7-11 video, and I noticed something which has led me to think that the 3 stooges might have been a drug deal as well. If you observe TM's movements when he goes to pay the teller and he is digging in his pockets, he appears to be trying not to pull all the contents out of his pockets, and if fact is appears he is pushing something back into his pockets. Normally, if your are digging in your pockets for change, you just pull the contents out, pulling the pocket out almost. He goes through a lot of trouble preventing that from happening and looks like he is trying to shove something down.

The young college bound future astronaut in possession of weed? Shocking. Didn't the cousin tell the cops that he had never seen Trayvon smoke weed?
