Oh my, listen to that deep voice... I think the jurors, at least some, can connect those dots. As much time as they claim TM™ spent with Traydad™, likely his was too, kwim?

Tracy Martin lying on the stand.

O'Mara forcing Tracy Martin to throw Crump under the bus: "I have no knowledge of an enhanced version." "I never told anyone that I listened to a 'cleaned up' version."

Shorter Traydad™: Crump lied about a cleaned up or enhanced version of Lauer tape.

Didn't say he heard a cleaned up tape. He can't remember every little thing while under stress. Thank you Tracy, I guess that applies to George as well then.

Hi. I always thought that his first thought that Mr. Martin had been arrested spoke volumes about the downward spiral the son was on. That isn't the first thought of any parent I know and I think it shows that he was aware of his son's darker thoughts.

Let's hope that comes up in direct. Fingers crossed!

Bernie & Nelson working hard to be on the same plan?

But, iirc, only with Traymom™ was the witness called first each time so she could listen to bench discussion.

Nelson actually entertained a defense request to approach the bench?

Rumpole: that ought to be chug-worthy.

Had to step away a moment. Did MOM ask about first calls TrayDad made in search of where his son was?

I certainly hope so -- before Crump can be sure Traydad™ threw him under the bus. Maybe the defense was able to sneak in a similar question at Crump's depo yesterday, despite the limits set by the 5th DCA.
