Seems a bit petty, silly to be confusing not related incidents. Or its a sneaky way of saying they are related.

Defence seem to be reading their points in defence, including statements and explanations from Pistorius... maybe that is what they do as an opening statement. I expected State to get first turn.

Apparently this is an unusual move..... done because State is presenting false info, etc so feels obliged to say so in advance.

State are going to try and introduce inadmissible character evidence... the facts of the shooting are NOT what the State will try and imply. Also denying the firearms charges. Circumstances not as alleged.
