Healey: jurors want to know if they can take break. They can

Healey: jury wants to know if they can reach a verdict on all but one count, answer yes

NEW: #MichaelDunn jury may be close to a decision on all but one charge facing Dunn

State and Defense agree to have judge simply tell jurors "yes, you can reach verdict on some, not all, counts"

Healey: if jury deadlocked on (at least) one of counts, that count would have "mistrial" and other verdicts would be recorded

Healey says he will let the jurors work as late as they want to tonight, back tomorrow if needed

Healey says jury deliberations could be conducted on a Sunday if needed as well, but "hopefully we don't get to that point"

About self defence... is it about each person in each count.

I think they are opening a can of worms.

If self defence is applicable... Dunn was OK to shoot... at Davis... the others were co-lateral he did not in effect use deadly force against them.

Healey is right now speculating what the jury question could imply, not confirmed juror intent though

Strolla and #MichaelDunn object to how judge wants to word last answer on justifiable force applying to each count independently
