J74 and J66 showing new concerns about being sequestered for up to 2 wks. Can't hear specifics bc mic gone again

Healey reiterates he is "very confident" the trial will be done by next Feb, Fri 14 #DunnTrial

A few more stating new concerns over being sequestered

Healey says the court provides packing list, information, etc to jurors once they're seated giving details on sequestration

Depending on when everything wraps up tomorrow dictates whether jurors come back to courthouse or to hotel , when #DunnTrial starts

Healey says jurors likely report directly to hotel so they have their vehicle when they pick up their stuff after trial is over

Healey: juror location taken so seriously that if a juror gets dropped off at hotel, driver has to sign confidentiality agreement

Healey says servers at restaurants, hotel staff, etc all given confidentiality agreements as well

Corey now questioning jurors about military background- several involved in Navy (no surprise being by Mayport)

Corey jokes w/ pot. juror who says he used to work w/ beer company: "I think you just become a lot of people's friend"

Corey just asked someone who works frequently w/ computers whether he could "function" under sequestration. He can

Sounds like we're winding down for the day, but Healey first reading names of potential witnesses to see if anyone knows them

J27 says he used to work with someone with the same name as potential witness, not sure if the same person and it was 10yrs ago

Another juror says her son's baseball coach has the same name a potential witness, also not sure if the same person

Healey is now winding down for the day by reminding potential jurors not to talk about the case

We're back at 9 AM tomorrow to hopefully find that 12 person panel and 4 alternates for #DunnTrial

Since this case does NOT include the DP, there is no need to select a DP qualified Jury. An extra stage in selection.

Given that they now have 60+ pool of Jurors who can and will serve... it could be quite a quick process to go through selecting the final 16. Selecting and any challenges as they run through the list one by one. They can stop and send the rest home once they select 16. I could be very quick... done before lunch IMO.

Media who will be in the ctroom during #DunnTrial jury selection were just brought in and read full order to abide by about conduct inside.

We're now waiting for the #DunnTrial potential jurors to be seated before media is brought back in and the day starts.

Before the cameras went dark, State Atty Angela Corey was noticeably annoyed about potential media filming on courthouse steps

Potential jurors now expressing concerns about keeping their identities confidential. Judge has issued any order protecting that

Apparently J96 is a no-show today

J96 is a security officer who knew someone who had been accused of a crime. No reason yet available for why she's not here.

J76 now expressing a concern about being on a jury for murder trial bc her father was murdered

J91 has a friend who's son was murdered and has similar concerns about serving a murder trial jury

J99 says he believes gun laws are "too tight" and that his right to carry should be "unfettered"

Corey: should everyone be able to carry when and where they want? J99: "Sure, why not?"

J99 now telling Corey she is using emotions to try to argue his beliefs. He's only one in pool who believes unfettered rights

Along w finding out who has Concealed Carry permit, Corey is asking if they believe there is responsibility that comes with that

About 14-15 jurors now claim some experience w/ guns- from hunting, to skeet, to working on CCW permit
