To paraphrase. "We know that there is no way anyone with a brain will say this is premeditated, but I am going to try to convince you that it was"

She is spending a lot of time explaining "the law"... begging the question. I think I have seen in past trials that such an approach is objected to and the Judge remind the attorney that it is not their job to instruct Jury on what the law is.

Is she trying to prove that it wasn't premeditated? Because saying that he went crazy means it was a heat of the moment thing and NOT premeditation.

Maybe he was shooting to THRILL!!

So she is saying he is guilty because he didn't commit a crime by firing a warning shot or using a weapon in a threatening manor? Not quite sure I follow that logic.

Hey Rumpole, how did the plastic get on the seat all of the way on the other side of the SUV if there were 2 people sitting there? Seems like their evidence hurts them more than it helps them.
