Defence say... he is firearms expert... he has not produced written report, but does not have to

Looks like the defence won  Balish accepted as expert firearms examiner... but state still objecting to his reconstruction.... being questioned on his qualifications as a "Re-constructionist"

he has been accepted in court "Dozens of times" as a firearm re-constructionist. He HAS worked for prosecutors in past (Important point.. some so called experts have a bias) |

Has done reconstructions 100's times.... specifically shot-guns..... maybe a "couple of dozen" |

Testified in court on crime scene with shotgun involved... less that a dozen times. |

Gun is not "choked"... so no good at distance... shot starts to spread immeadiately |

He test fired using shells from box found at scene |

He opened one that had 29 pellets... no idea about number in ones fired |
