It seems to me that the only solution is... as soon as there is a black perp taken out.....the first thing to do is call in riot squad/SWAT and air support..... just to fend off the rioting cattle.... time later to do a full investigation of the shooting... at least there will be just that incident and not the added problem of stampeding Safari Park herds.

Sorry Rumpole I misspoke earlier the magazine is just made to take a clip that holds a larger amount of bullets is what I meant to say. This magazine can take clips that hold different quantities of bullets. Sloppy posting on my part.

My gun can hold between 15 to 60 bullets depending on the clip.

Police Capt Mark Stanmeyer said that the dead thug had an arrest record, and that the handgun he carried had been stolen in a March burglary in suburban Waukesha.

I'm guessing 23 rounds in the gun means it was a 24 round clip and it was locked and loaded with one in the chamber and it is possible that the perp got the one in the chamber off. I also suspect that the perp has a nasty record , next of kin has been notified but the police are holding his name back Why would they not release his name?
