Jahda and Marvin Bakari – The Activism Behind The McKinney Pool Party Narrative…
Posted on June 13, 2015 by sundance

In a video interview, following the chaos of the Craig Ranch pool party, Mr. Marvin Bakari and his 13-year-old daughter Jahda Bakari took to the airwaves to make a very specific series of claims.

If you were to follow the construct of the racial narrative espoused by the activists around the Craig Ranch incident, you will find the media delivered “RACISM” story originates specifically from Marvin Bakari and his daughter Jahda. No-one claimed any racial tones to the events until Marvin Bakari stepped forward claiming racism.

This is important because the Black Lives Matter national activists flocked to the neighborhood based in large measure on the claims of the Bakari’s.

Targeted Pool Party Victim Fights Back – Hires Gloria Allred To Clear Her Name…
Posted on June 16, 2015 by sundance

Tracey Carver has hired prominent LA attorney Gloria Allred to push back against the false McKinney racist narrative and stop the Black Grievance Industry from promoting false claims about the chaotic event in Craig Ranch caused by Tatyana Rhodes.

CALIFORNIA – Tracey Carver, a white woman seen on video in a fight at the McKinney pool party that fueled a national debate about race, spoke at a press conference in Los Angeles on Tuesday to deny accusations that she said racists slurs.

In a statement forwarded to The Dallas Morning News, Carver said that she was trying to defuse a fight between her friend and a young woman who pulled the friend’s hair. The McKinney woman noted she had to relocate to California because of threats against her and her family.

Tatyana Rhodes, a black 19-year-old woman, had told a photojournalist that another woman, who is white, told her to return to her public housing before slapping her in the face. Rhodes said she, her mother and sister live in the Craig Ranch subdivision and hosted the party there.

Cashing In – McKinney Party Organizer, Tatyana Rhodes, Launches Modeling Career By Destroying Others…
Posted on June 17, 2015 by sundance

If you thought the McKinney pool party fiasco could not get more twisted you’d be wrong.

Veteran Police Officer Eric Casebolt was forced to resign his job, a career in tatters. Craig Ranch resident Tracey Carver is being terrorized, recieving death threats against herself and her kids, and has fled her home; yesterday Carver retained an attorney – Gloria Allred.

Meanwhile, today, the woman who created the entire incident, 20-year-old Tatyana Rhodes, has brazenly announced “a press release” and, according to CBS News, Tatyana is using the publicity she created to launch a modeling career.

Families of McKinney teens at pool party to file complaint against officer

Dallas Morning News
By Julieta Chiquillo | Updated: 20 June 2015, 01:30 AM CT

McKINNEY — Attorneys for the families of six McKinney teens said Friday they will file a complaint against a former police officer they accuse of using excessive force to break up an unruly pool party.

The complaint that will be submitted to the McKinney Police Department is a formality in case the families decide to sue, the attorneys said.

“We have to make sure we cross all those T’s and dot those I’s,” Kwame Thompson, an attorney from Atlanta, said after a news conference Friday.

[...]
Thompson and another attorney, Darrell Jordan of Houston, represent other teens at the party: Maxwell Hudson, siblings Jordan and Jayden Gray, Ladariene McKever, and siblings Jahda and Dajah Bakari.

The McKinney Police Department ceased its internal investigation into Casebolt’s actions when he resigned. Now the Texas Rangers are investigating.

“We are going forward with the complaint because we want our issues officially documented, and we want to exhaust all administrative remedies available to us,” Jordan wrote in an email.

McKinney Pool Party Organizers Now Face Eviction From Craig Ranch Sub-Division….
Posted on July 24, 2015 by sundance

On June 5th the McKinney Texas pool party mob at the Craig Ranch sub-division was organized by 20-year-old Tatyana Rhodes, and her mother LaShana Burks. The incident erupted in National 24/7 Headlines for several weeks. Story HERE and HERE

We decided to research the real story of what took place, and we discovered how the mob began. In addition our research reflected that Tatyana Rhodes and her mother, LaShana Burks, were facing a very real possibility of civil lawsuits by the Home Owners Association within Craig Ranch.

Tatyana and LaShana brutalized an entire community with their for-profit party business, and the litany of lies trying to cover it up.

Now we discover an eviction lawsuit was filed earlier this week due to non-payment of rent from Ms. Burks. Oh, and as you can imagine, LaShana Burks is claiming the eviction is “retaliation” – not the whole ‘not-paying-rent’ thing. Go figure:

DALLAS – La Shauna Burks — the mom of the young woman who organized the infamous McKinney pool party at Craig Ranch — is facing eviction from the neighborhood.

But Burks said Tuesday she hopes to pay her back rent and solve the issue by the end of the month.

Burks, her husband and children live in a $237,000 home in the Craig Ranch North subdivision. The owner of the house, Mary Huang, said in court records that Burks is delinquent on her July rent, or $1,620.

The eviction lawsuit was filed Monday. Huang asked Burks to vacate on July 8, according to court records.

"In a statement to The Dallas Morning News, legal representatives for the City of McKinney deny the claims and will defend the lawsuit." Thank goodness, no senseless settlement, I hope.

Teen's Family Files Federal Lawsuit Against Former McKinney Officer
By Holley Ford | NBCDFW.com | January 3, 2017

The 16-year-old girl seen on video being slammed to the ground by a McKinney police officer at a chaotic pool party has filed a federal lawsuit.

Dajerria Becton and her legal guardian, Shashona Becton are suing former McKinney police officer Eric Casebolt, the McKinney Police Department and the city of McKinney.

Dejerria is seeking $5 million in damages.

Cellphone videos taken by people at Craig Ranch Pool back in May 2015 showed Casebolt, who is white, running after black teens and ordering them to the ground, then forcing Dajerria, who was 15 at the time, onto her stomach and placing his knees on her back.

At one point, he drew his firearm after two young black men charged forward in apparent protest of the Dajerria's treatment but holstered the weapon when two other officers intervened.

Police said officers were responding to reports that teens unauthorized to use the pool were jumping a fence to gain entry.

The suit claims Casebolt violated the Dajerria's constitutional rights by using excessive force and holding her without probable cause.

The family is blaming the police department and the city for the girl's injuries for not training officers properly, according to the complaint.

Casebolt resigned shortly after the incident. A grand jury declined to indict him.

I've been reading the local news stories about this fiasco.
Thank goodness I don't WATCH the news. The attorneys had a press conference today.

They stated four or five other girls "who received injuries" will also file a lawsuit.

Apparently, this one case is based solely on the girl being cyber-bullied and threatened, following the incident. :doh

I will read the lawsuit and see if she was actually "injured" other than feelings hurt. :roll
