I found out a bit. They all gathered at the ballpark, there's another game tonight. The guy (head of Swat) that Z can't stand, Sgt. Mimosa or something like that, showed up and announced disbursement, immediately. Apparently, he and Z had words on the Sunday Z was arrested but I don't know what.
